Need School Supplies?
Hello Jones Family Parents.
I am sure you will soon be busy getting ready for school to start again. To help get our children ready for school, the Jones educational fund (JEF) has established the following school supplies policies and procedures.
If you want LLC funds –your funds--to help buy school supplies, please complete the supplies request form on the family’s website arkansasjonesfamily.com and Latoya Harris, our treasurer, will mail you a $40 check to help purchase school supplies. If you have more than one school age child, you will be given an additional $15.00 per child for up to two additional children.
The fastest and easiest way to get your completed form to Toya is to complete the form online at the family’s website arkansasjonesfamily.com and follow the prompts. Toya can be reached at 501-247-7068. She can also be reached at zhorigipgip@gmail.com. Questions may also be directed to Krystal Sabbs, JEF vice president, at 214-585-1778.
This is normally a one-time per school year per family payment. However, if you need additional help, you can make a request to the JEF via Toya at the start of the second semester and if funds are available that request will also be approved.
If you have any ideas on how we can get our children even more motivated to make good grades, please contact me at 501-960-8681. You can also contact Krystal-our vice president, Carren, Camille, Gwen, Tiffany, Toya, or Cozetta-who has been assisting us.
Sincerely,
Erica Appleby

Hello parents:
It is now time to get those grades in for the first quarter of the school year. The Jones educational fund is well funded this year, and we are ready to go to work to help jones family children be all they can be.
As you know, it all starts with our children working hard to make good grades. As a result of their earning good grades, they will later have a better chance to get a great job or perhaps start a business. But right now, their job is to try and make an A or B in school.
Please help them get their grades in on time so we can give them the money they have worked hard to earn. As you know, nothing motivates the younger children like receiving real dollars, so we have decided to give each child who get their grades in on time an “EXTRA $10.00 BILL”. This is a one-time effort to help you help them get their grades to us on time; just go to the family website and fill out the grade reporting form—it is quick and easy.
We will soon let you know how we plan to get the “EXTRA $10.00 BILL to the children.
We also have some very nice baseball and sweater cap to give to students who earn the “ALL A AWARD” and the “MOST IMPROVED STUDENT AWARD.”
So, let’s get those grades in on time! Let’s continue trying to prepare our children to be all they can be!

Hello Family Member:
For over twenty-five (25) years the Jones Family through the “Making the Grade” program has tried to help make education a priority in our children lives. Over the past twenty-four years, 28 family members that we are aware of have received advanced technical training or earned a college degree. But we must continue the effort every year by giving a few dollars to help motivate our children to do their best in school.
Thank you for your support over the years. We have worked very effectively as a family, and I know we will continue to do so. The family’s Limited Liability Company (LLC) is one example. May God continue to bless you and your family!
Contributions to JEF may be made by check or money order payable to “Jones Educational Fund” and send it to our treasurer. You can give cash if you are local. Again, THANK YOU SO MUCH!
